Peirone farm in Cuneo has been using Mater-Bi mulch film for the cultivation of Delica pumpkins for two years.

Terenzio Peirone highlights various benefits, like weed control and a significant increase in the production. By using the biodegradable mulch film he also does not bear disposal costs at the end of the crop cycle, since the Mater-Bi solution should not be disposed of but it can be left into the soil, where it biodegrades.
