Ortofruit Italia, the italian organization that brings together more than 300 producers of vegetables and fruit, based in Piedmont (Italy), has been using Mater-Bi mulch films.

The biodegradable film can be used on different crops, such as zucchini, tomatoes, eggplants and leafy vegetables. Among the advantages are weed control and soil moisture regulation.
